REACH

By now you should be aware of the EU REACH regulation which became effective on 1st June 2007, with completion due in 2018.  REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) applies to any manufacturer, distributor or downsteam user of substances, preparations and articles. 

We are fully aware of the REACH directive and the administrative input linked to this directive.  We have, therefore, implemented a special REACH-Team, which deals with the problems that may occur.

At this moment in time, all of our products are classified as "articles" and, therefore, our products do not require any pre-registration.  However, our products may come into touch with substances along the supply chain.  Therefore, our company has been contacting its suppliers in order to ensure that both our application and that of our customers are taken into consideration in the course of registration.
